Thomas Rhett’s Wife Lauren Is Pregnant . . . And They’re Adopting a Baby from Africa

THOMAS RHETT’s family is about to double in size.  His wife Lauren is pregnant AND they’re adopting a baby.  They didn’t plan to do it this way, but, y’know, nature.  They’d been trying to get pregnant for a while, but with no luck.

So, they decided to relax on that front and adopt a baby from Africa where Lauren does all of that charity work.  And maybe you’ve heard this one before:  As soon as they stopped trying to get pregnant, they did.  She’s due in August.

Here’s what she posted yesterday, “Oh, baby.  Actually, babies.  Our hearts are exploding with happiness for y’all to meet our new baby we’re bringing home from Africa soon . . . who’s also going to have a little brother or sister because there’s a sweet baby in my belly too.”

Ironically, Lauren found out she was pregnant WHILE she was in Africa.  They’re hoping to get the adoption done soon so they can bond with that baby before she gives birth in August.

Two babies at the same time is certainly a handful, but that could be just the beginning.  You may remember last fall when Lauren talked about wanting to have five kids.

BRETT ELDREDGE is still singing to his sleeping dog.  Although this time it included a Valentine’s Day dedication to his fans.  He does a little of the Elvis classic Can’t Help Falling In Love, says a few words . . . and then kisses the pooch.

BRANDY CLARK released the lyric video to Love Can Go to Hell.  It starts out sweet, showing love letters and cards filled with hope . . . and then time passes and they get torn into shreds and burned to a crisp.

In case you haven’t seen this.  Some guy used his washing machine as a percussion-type instrument while he performs Charlie Daniels’ The Devil Went Down to Georgia.  I’m telling you . . . that machine has rhythm.
