MIRANDA LAMBERT and a bunch of people get silly inside a hair salon in her We Should Be Friendsvideo.

Speaking of Miranda:  She’s asking fans coming to her Highway Vagabond Tour to bring pet food, treats, and toys to each show.  Not only will she make sure they go to a local shelter, but one lucky fan who donates will get to meet her.  (ABC)

Maren Morris is Not Bringing Her Boyfriend to the Grammys

MAREN MORRIS is a good daughter, but maybe not that great of a girlfriend?  Here’s why.  Her boyfriend RYAN HURD is a musician and songwriter, and you know he’d absolutely love going to the Grammys with her.

Unfortunately, she’s not bringing him.  She says, quote, “I’m taking my mom.  She called the shots on the Grammy date situation a long time ago.  So she’s got first dibs.”

(Maren has four nominations.  She’s up for Best New Artist . . . plus Best Country Song and Best Country Solo Performance for “My Church” . . . and Best Country Album for “Hero”.)

One more thing:  Maren’s “Hero” may be up for Best Country Album, but she refuses to give it such a narrow definition.  Quote, “Genre wise, you really can’t lock anything down on this album.

“It’s cohesive but it’s also all over the place, and it’s just a diverse piece of art, and I feel like there really is something for everyone on it.  So, if you love country, if you love pop, if you love soul, you’ll enjoy this record.”

“Golf Digest” gave JAKE OWEN their “Arnie Award.”  It’s in honor of the late Arnold Palmer, and it’s part of the magazine’s “Golfers Who Give Back” program.  PEYTON MANNING and PHIL MICKELSON were also honored.  (Full Story)

Remember that whole deal about Taylor Swift writing “Better Man” for Little Big Town?  Well, LADY ANTEBELLUM is jealous and would like a taste of that.  HILARY SCOTT says, quote, “Taylor, call us.  We’re up for whatever.”  (Billboard)

While we’re at it:  Hillary is “over the moon excited” that she and her family are up for a Grammy for Best Contemporary Christian Music Album for “Love Remains”.
