If you’re like most people, you might need some help waking up in the morning. It’s perfectly normal to not feel fully functional until more three hours after you wake up.

According to a survey we read this morning, the average person wakes up at 6:30 a.m., gets out of the house at 7:23 a.m., and isn’t fully with it until 9:40. THREE HOURS LATER! So all of those memes that say things like “Don’t even talk to me until after my coffee” are backed up by science! The survey also says we hit our peak productivity at 11:22 a.m.
