•“Ready To Get Rowdy“, Gretchen Wilson. The song “Bad Feeling” features Kid Rock.
•“The Nashville Sound“, Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit. It’s their sixth album and a follow-up to their Grammy award winning album “Something More Than Free”.
•“Fingerprints“, Eli Young Band. They wrote eight of the 11 tracks. Carolyn Dawn Johnson helps them out on “Old Songs” and “God Love the Rain”.
•“So You Wannabe An Outlaw“, Steve Earle & The Dukes. He gets help from Miranda Lambert who co-wrote and sings on the track “This Is How It Ends”. And Willie Nelson joins him on the title track. (It’s streaming for free at NPR.org.)
Brad Paisley, Lady Antebellum, and actress Hailee Steinfeld are performing on this year’s “Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular”. The light show will feature music from the West Point Band and Glee Club . . . plus vocals from Craig Campbell, Heather Headley, Jamie Barton, and the USO Troupe of New York.
