Going through all the stories today looking for a Good Bull Story of the Day, there was absolutely none better than this one about Darius Rucker.
A patient at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis inspired a new song and video from Darius Rucker. 12-year-old Brennan Simkins has been battling leukemia since 2009 and when things looked bad, his dad, Turner Simkins, wrote a song for him.
Darius hear the song when Simkins presented it to him at a guitar pull, and he recorded it at a session in Memphis with the help of patients at the hospital. He released it on Dec. 16 as part of a holiday promotion for St. Jude. Check out the rest of the story HERE and watch the video below.
