So for those of you who are unaware I am Hispanic….half Mexican/half Spaniard and in my family we don’t take down our Christmas decorations until Día de Los Reyes (Epiphany/Three Kings Day). That marks the end of the holiday season for us. So it’s kind of depressing to think that tomorrow is the end of the holiday season for me. I’m excited to eat a rosca (picture below), but saddened that I have to wait another 12 months for the holiday season.
I know HEB is ready for Valentine’s day already, but I can care less about that (I’m single). To me the next “real” holiday is the day the Aggies are back on the football field. WHOOP!
