Kip Moore Sees the Similarities Between Country Artists and Circus Performers
KIP MOORE was talking about how he came up with the title of his new album “Wild Ones”, which is out next Friday. It describes the nomadic lifestyle that performers have to live as they travel from town to town.
He says, quote, “We are the ‘Wild Ones’, we are the ones that come out of the shadows at night. That’s what we do for a living.
“We live in this circus life. Highs and lows. It’s a traveling carnival. And when I think about the ‘Wild Ones’ I think about that as [being] circus carnival people. I just felt that’s what we are as a band, that’s what our shows are. They’re really wild.”
