Kacey Musgraves “Doesn’t Ever” Wash Her Hair

KACEY MUSGRAVES has been known to sport some big hair . . . so “Cosmopolitan”magazine asked how long it takes her to get it looking that way.

She said, quote, “It depends on if I’m in the mood to really go for it.  And I don’t ever wash my hair.  You can tell everybody that.  This is probably day eight, right here.  I just dry shampoo it up.  I’ve gone, most recently, 12 days.”

You heard right.  12 days, because the longer she avoids liquid shampoo, the better.

Quote, “I feel like my hair gets better and better as I go!  Which is weird.  Maybe no one around me is telling me that I have a hygiene problem.  I wash my body, folks, okay?  So yeah, just don’t wash your hair.”

Every Tim McGraw Song Has Some ’70s Influence

There’s a sliver of TIM MCGRAW’s youth in every single song he’s ever recorded.  He says, quote, “I grew up in the ’70s and I’m a child of the ’70s.  That kinda music is really what made me fall in love with music.

“So, you could probably pick apart any song that I’ve ever done and find some ’70s in it.”  When asked to describe his own musical style, he said, quote, “It’s like George Strait, Merle Haggard, and the Eagles all meshed together.”

Kenny Chesney Chooses Comfort Over Style When it Comes to Stage Clothes

When I picture KENNY CHESNEY, I see him in jeans and a T-shirt.  Pretty sure he does too.  He says, quote, “I spend less money than any act in the world on stage clothes.  I don’t care what I look like.  I just want to be comfortable.”

Asked for his pick on the most fashionable country star, he goes with RASCAL FLATTS guitarist JOE DON ROONEY.  Kenny says, “He always looks like he’s got a nice suit on or something.  I think Joe Don dresses real nice.”

It’s official:  STEVEN TYLER is recording a country album.  He made the announcement Tuesday night during a surprise visit to the Grand Ole Opry.  No word on a title or release date.  (Rolling Stone)

He did give a clue about who he’s writing it with.  Before his performance he Tweeted a pic of him standing withERIC PASLAY and songwriter Lindsey Lee Taylor.  He captioned it, “Growing some new songs.”

MIRANDA LAMBERT did a couple of cover songs at her show on Saturday at Madison Square Garden.  She went acoustic for MERLE HAGGARD’s “The Way I Am”.  She also tore through LED ZEPPELIN’s “Rock ‘N’ Roll”.
