Okay this may just have to be my new favorite social media campaign. It’s called #Flex4Forces and ultimately you post a video or picture of yourself on social media flexing your muscles.
According to the USO’s website, “The campaign underscores the USO’s historic mission to strengthen service members by keeping them connected to family, home and country. It allows the public to demonstrate appreciation and a personal commitment to service members and their families.”
Step 1: Strike a flex pose and snap a picture or video explaining why you’re flexing.
Step 2: Share on social media. Tag the USO (@theuso) and use the hashtag #Flex4Forces. Then tag 4 more people and challenge them to do it.
Of course some of our country favorites have gotten in on the fun.
