Chris Pratt = #GoodBull

This story has been making the rounds over the last 24 hours and I couldn’t be happier about it!

Pratt Hospital visit

CHRIS PRATT is so likeable, it might not be premature to call him the male equivalent of JENNIFER LAWRENCE.  On Wednesday, Pratt visited the Children’s Hospital in L.A. dressed as his “Guardians of the Galaxy” character Star Lord. He spent more than three hours there, talking to kids, letting them try on his outfit and handing out toys.  Then he hung with them for a screening of the movie. Here’s the coolest thing about this:  Pratt actually planned on doing things like this when he was still filming the movie. In an interview back in June, Pratt said, quote, “I stole the jacket and some of the wardrobe so that, if this movie comes out and does what everyone hopes it can, I can . . . go visit kids. “If it was a big enough movie to where it would mean something to a kid who’s sick in the hospital for Peter Quill or Star Lord to come visit them, I’ll do that.  I think that’s awesome man.  That would give me real meaning for this movie, you know?” Being a huge comic/movie geek, I didn’t know what to think about Pratt when he was cast in “Guardians of the Galaxy” but hearing stuff like this about him is making me thrilled for him to be a part of the Marvel Universe family. Kudos to him for taking his celebrity and trying to brighten the day of kids.
