These team names are amazing…and bring me back to my childhood. #FearTheChancla
A total of 33 teams will partake “Copa de la Diversión” or the “Fun Cup” that will be part of Minor League Baseball’s “Es Divertido Ser Un Fan” or “It’s Fun to be A Fan” initiative that will seek to engage the Hispanic and Latino communities.
In honor of partaking in the “Copa de la Diversión” teams will re-brand under new personas. When I say re-brand I mean they’re changing their team names, getting new jerseys and hats.
