Neal McCoy Thinks Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani Are a Rebound Situation
NEAL MCCOY is tight with MIRANDA LAMBERT and BLAKE SHELTON. He sang at their wedding back in 2011, and still talks to both of them. So, “People” asked if he could shed a little light on why their marriage crashed and burned.
Sadly, no big news to tell. He said, quote, “I didn’t know all of the goings-on, but from the outside looking in it all looked happy.”
He said he lent Blake a “sympathetic ear” during the chaos but it doesn’t sound like he heard the dirty details. In fact, he had no idea GWEN STEFANI was even in the picture . . . and he hopes that she had nothing to do with the breakup.
Quote, “Obviously, a lot of folks saw Blake date Gwen pretty quick, but I want to believe that wasn’t already happening.
“It just so happens that any time you break up with someone, usually you tend to rebound a little bit with the person you’re close to. Maybe that’s what happened with Blake and Gwen.”
A Game of “Forest Fess-ups” with Sam Hunt
SoundsLikeNashville.com played the game ‘Forest Fess-Ups’ with SAM HUNT. Basically, they ask a question and he has to “fess up” with the truth.
We found out he’s real tight with his crew. Asked what he can’t live without, he said, quote, “My boys I travel with.” His first celebrity crush was Kelly Kapowski, a.k.a. TIFFANI THIESSEN on “Saved by the Bell”.
His first job was painting the fence around the pasture at his granddad’s house, and “it was a big pasture.” His most prized possession is his first guitar. His ideal day off the road is spent “somewhere quiet, secluded, and stationary.”
When it comes to autographs, he said, quote, “The most bizarre thing I’ve ever autographed is . . . skin. Appropriate skin, but still skin.” And the song he wished he’d written is “The House That Built Me”.
RONNIE DUNN’s new song, “Damn Drunk”, features backing vocals from his sometime duet partner, KIX BROOKS. Kix isn’t in the video, but a hot cowgirl is.
There’s a clip making the rounds of LEANN RIMES at a show in London. But it’s not because of her singing, no, it’s because of her VERY low neckline.
