Brett Eldredge Will Go Crazy If He Doesn’t Workout at Least Five Days a Week
If TIM MCGRAW and KENNY CHESNEY ever want to bring another fitness nut on the road with them . . . they should consider BRETT ELDREDGE, because he’s a total gym rat.
He told CMT that he works out five or six days a week because, quote, “I have to. I go crazy if I don’t.”
And he breaks a serious sweat too. He adds, quote, “I do crazy workouts, kind of boot-campish . . . more like CrossFit stuff but with heavier weights.”
The fitness stuff doesn’t stop when he leaves the gym either. Somebody on Twitter asked about his pre-show ritual, and he wrote, “A bunch of pushups . . . and hoppin’ around like a rabbit.”

MIRANDA LAMBERT and BLAKE SHELTON are so busy they literally have to remind themselves to spend time alone. She says, quote, “It’s not about fame, it’s about successful people trying to maintain a career, maintain a marriage, and a family.
“[It’s about] stopping and going, ‘Hey, how DO you get him to yourself for just a minute.’ And, ‘Hey, this is our time for one second. Shut the gate, let’s just have five seconds of me and you time.'”

CHRIS YOUNG has learned a very important lesson about being famous. And that is, ignore the Internet trolls who try to bring you down. He says, quote, “You can’t let people that say stuff on the Internet get to you.
“It would ruin peoples’ lives if they actually let it get to them. You have to brush it off.”
He also doubts the haters know who he really is. Quote, “I think most of the people that follow me are great, awesome fans. I think it’s funny when I see something like that.”
