JENNIFER NETTLES begins her run in the Broadway version of the musical “Chicago”TONIGHT. She’s excited, yet totally exhausted. She said, quote, “I’m working my ass off and my feet hurt, but I’m having a ball.”
Even though Jennifer’s been performing for years, Broadway’s a different animal, which is why she put in so much extra work. She says, quote, “I don’t want to look like a hack up there.
“I’ll be standing beside fantastic veterans of Broadway and I want to feel comfortable. I don’t want to be the weakest link. And if I am going to be the weakest link, I want to be the strongest one they’ve worked with!”

Miranda Lambert Used to Write Down Awards Show Nominees and Circle Her Favorites to Win
HIGHLIGHTS: MIRANDA LAMBERT picked up eight of ACM nominations on Friday . . . but she’s been a huge fan of awards shows since she was young. She says, quote, “I would write down all the nominees and circle who I though was going to win, and [then] bet myself if I was right or not.”
FULL STORY: The CMA nominations came out on Friday, and MIRANDA LAMBERT leads the pack with eight. Other significant nominees include DIERKS BENTLEY who picked up seven . . . while FLORIDA GEORGIA LINEgot five.
She’s competing for Entertainer of the Year against Garth Brooks, Florida Georgia Line, Jason Aldean, andLuke Bryan. The show airs April 19th on CBS.
In a recent interview, Miranda also talked about how she used to STUDY awards shows when she was young.
She said, quote, “I used to watch all the awards shows. I would get a yellow tablet and write down all the nominees and circle who I thought was going to win, and sit in front of the TV and bet myself if I was right or not.”
