Kip Moore Is Surfing in the Shark-Infested Waters of Australia
KIP MOORE is in Australia doing some shows, and while he’s there he’s going to spend a few days surfing. As you know, the guy’s a surf nut, so the threat of getting eaten by great white sharks isn’t going to stop him.
He says, quote, “The word on the street is that it’s a little sharkier than most places. That freaks me out a little bit. But I love to surf. I’ve got five days off, so I’m definitely going to try to find somewhere to go.”
He’s certainly dealt with sharks, all surfers do. Quote, “[You get] nips and tucks here on the East Coast, but it’s your lemon heads, it’s your different kind of sharks. They’re not great whites attacking you.
“The big boys hang out in Australia. The great whites are always lurking around. I’ve heard of so many attacks in Australia and South Africa. But it’s not going to keep me from going out there.”
Chase Rice Clothing Line
CHASE RICE has his own clothing line called HDEU, which stands for “Head Down, Eyes Up.” It’s a mantra he’s been using since college to psyche himself up. He printed it on some hats and they sold so well that he added T-shirts, tanks, and other gym-friendly attire. Check it out at HeadDownEyesUp.com.
FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE posted a sample of a brand new song. It’ll be on their next album, which is due out sometime this year.
GARTH BROOKS performed a song called “Anybody But Bill” at an event this week in Nashville where songwriters were asked to perform the worst songs they ever wrote. It’s got a catchy tune, and the crowd ate it up.
(Here’s video. It’s about a guy who wants his widow to good life after he’s gone, with a few exceptions. CAREFUL! There’s blatant sexual innuendo when Garth warns her away from a guy whose name is short for Richard.)
