Darius Rucker Is Finding It Tougher and Tougher to Go On the Road
DARIUS RUCKER thanks God every day that he gets to sing for a living, because it’s all he’s ever wanted to do. But every job has a downside, and for him, it’s missing valuable family time because he has to go on the road.
Quote, “Sometimes when I have to get on the bus and go somewhere and I’ve got to leave them and miss a lacrosse game and miss a volleyball game . . . it’s tough. It’s getting tougher and tougher to leave.”
KENNY CHESNEY’s manager told “Billboard” they’re hoping to release a new album in May. And yesterday, Kenny posted a Facebook message that featured screen static and the words, “We didn’t turn it on, but we can’t turn it off. Thursday, March 24th at 3:45 Central time.” I’ll take a stab and guess that a new single will be out one week from today.
BRITNEY SPEARS made an appearance at the Grand Ole Opry on Tuesday. But she wasn’t there to sing, or dance. She and her brother Bryan took the stage to introduce their sister, fledgling country singer JAMIE LYNN SPEARS, who was there to perform. (People)
We know what your thinking…Jamie Lynn Spears?! She is actually really good! Check her out before you make up your mind.
