Kelsea Ballerini Has “Stomped Out” Rumors That She’s Dating Dustin Lynch
You may recall last week when CMT.com tried to ship KELSEA BALLERINI and DUSTIN LYNCH. They didn’t have much proof other than a photo of her kissing him on the cheek.
Well, this time they actually asked her, and she slammed the door shut. Quote, “We can stomp out that fire real quick. That got so out of control. I dig Dustin. We’re buds.”
As for the photo of her kissing him on the check, she said, quote, “We saw each other at [a recent] show. And literally, in passing, he was like, ‘Kelsea let’s take a picture.’ I was like, ‘yeah.’ All of a sudden, it’s like ‘Lyncherrini.'”
And if that isn’t enough evidence for you, CMT also reached out to Dustin for a comment and he confirmed that he’s single.
What Happened to The Band Perry’s Song “Live Forever”?
THE BAND PERRY’s song “Live Forever” was suddenly removed by online outlets late last week. Meaning no one could buy it. There was no explanation, so, naturally, the Internet went nuts.
To clear things up the band posted a video on their Facebook page. KIMBERLY PERRY did most of the talking.
She said, quote, “‘Live Forever’ was pulled from iTunes, YouTube, Vevo, everything, for about 24 hours. [We were] doing a bit of housekeeping and re-organization, but we’ve been told that it is back up on iTunes . . . and will be back up [on the other sites] soon.”
And then she made it clear that the group is not breaking up. Quote, “We want to look you guys in the eyes and say The Band Perry is not going anywhere. We are here to stay. Our music is here to stay.”
CARRIE UNDERWOOD went undercover at a Dick’s Sporting Goods store in Nashville pretending to be a rep from her “Calia by Carrie” clothing line. She wore glasses, a cap, and a black wig, and she fooled a few people. Eventually they started recognizing her and before long everyone was in the aisle singing “Before He Cheats”.
Speaking of Carrie Underwood: SAM HUNT posted a photo of them rehearsing for their duet at tonight’s Grammys. They’re doing a mashup of his hit “Take Your Time”, and her song “Heartbeat”.
CAM had one of those “pinch me” moments when she saw “Burning House” on this year’s Grammy Nominees compilation album. Quote, “We’ve been getting those CDs my entire life. [This] year my mom bought it and my name’s on it, and the song is on it. We were in tears.”
The Charles Kelley, Eric Paslay, and Dierks Bentley song “The Driver” is up for Best Country Duo / Group Performance at tonight’s Grammys. Dierks was asked about it and he said, quote, “One of the best songs I’ve heard in a long time in Nashville and I was honored they asked me to be the third vocalist on it.”
