CHRIS JANSON was asked about his song “Holdin’ Her”, which is about a guy who meets a woman and immediately knows he’s going to marry her. Well, the guy in that song really is Chris, and the woman is, obviously, his wife, Kelly.
He says, quote, “It’s an absolute true story, from start to finish. It’s the story of the things that I love most . . . my wife and my kids and my journey in life. If anyone wants a real look inside my life, here it is.”
Chris decided to keep it real for the video too, which features clips of the entire family. It includes the two children they have together, plus what he calls the two “bonus kids” that she brought into the marriage.
