Miranda Lambert Sang on Stage with Her Boyfriend Anderson East

You knew this was bound to happen.  MIRANDA LAMBERT joined her boyfriend ANDERSON EAST on stage at his show on Sunday in Northampton, Massachusetts, about 19 miles north of Springfield.

Miranda and GWEN SEBASTIAN were hanging with the sound guy at the back of the room when he called them up.  They sang backup on a cover of MARIAH CAREY’s “Always Be My Baby”.

A source said, quote, “At one point during the song, Anderson leaned in and gave her a kiss on the cheek and then she gave him one too.”

Anderson also told the crowd, quote, “I think you all can see what I got for Valentine’s Day.”

The Grammy Awards:

1.  CHRIS STAPLETON squeezed in as many thanks as possible when “Traveller” won Best Country Album at last night’s Grammys.  Quote, “I want to thank my wife, the folks at Universal, the guys in the band, in the crew, all the fans, and everybody’s who’s ever helped me out along the way.  There’s a lot of them and this show’s not long enough for it.”

2.  LITTLE BIG TOWN’s “Girl Crush” won Best Country Duo/Group Performance and Best Country Song at last night’s Grammys.  The band recently talked about the “lucky” day when the songwriters offered it to them.  They were immediately “slayed” and couldn’t wait to record it

3.  TasteOfCountry.com has a page of country stars on the red carpet and on stage at last night’s Grammys.  It includes photos of Carrie Underwood, Kacey Musgraves, Ashley Monroe, Lee Ann Womack, Little Big Town . . . and Sam Hunt wearing some kind of pink, Pepto-Bismol looking suit.

BIG & RICH are on tonight’s episode of DAN RATHER’s AXS-TV show “The Big Interview”.  During the interview they shared the story of how they finished recording their album “Gravity”, but the record company wanted to wait a year before releasing it.  So, they decided to start their own record label.  (Billboard)
