Over the weekend, I took on Comicpalooza 2017 in Houston. I’d never been to any sort of “Comic Con” but I am a HUGE Geek so I was excited to attend my first.
Catch me at @Comicpalooza this weekend! I'll be the girl fangirling over all the Marvel stuff and showing off her iron man tattoo.

Obviously, I was very excited to be with people I could relate to. Yes, I do have an Iron Man tattoo…judge me. #NerdStatus
I totally fangirled walking in to the expo on Saturday when I saw everyone dressed in Cosplay.
Made me wish my Harley Quinn Arkham City costume was still in good shape. 🙁
Anyway Day 1 included lots of photos with cosplay-ers and observation.
Day 2: We sat in on the Daredevil panel!!!! Which featured Elden Henson (Foggy) and Geoffrey Cantor (Ellison).
Elden would rather not watch himself on the screen because "he was there for a lot of it." I feel you. #ComicPalooza2017

Elden admitted to knowing absolutely nothing about the role of Foggy when auditioning for it.
He also admits to knowing nothing about the Marvel universe.
Geoffrey Cantor will be in Punisher!!

Geoffrey Cantor revealed that he will be in Netflix’s adaptation of “Punisher” coming in November.
After the panel we walked around and saw some more cosplay and admired all the celebrity guests that were signing autographs.
TBH that’s when I saw my favorite cosplay…MATT MURDOCK.
Just saw a guy dressed as Matt Murdock. Not Daredevil. MATT MURDOCK.

I was a little bummed that we weren’t able to see the entire Power Rangers panel like we had hoped because we had to check out of our hotel at 2. 🙁
But we did get to see the original Tommy (Green Ranger) and Kimberly (Pink Ranger)!
Hey it's Tommy and Kimberly! pic.twitter.com/IlyhY7sYmq

Turns out “Tommy” actually lives in Houston so that’s pretty cool.
Anyway, hopefully next year I’ll be able to attend all three days of the convention but what little time I spent there this year was totally worth it.
If you’re a geek like me, I highly recommend going to Comicpalooza in Houston.
Next goal: International Comic Con in San Diego. 😮
