Is Reba McEntire’s Ex-Husband Dating One of Her Good Friends?
There’s talk around Nashville that REBA MCENTIRE’s ex-husband, Narvel Blackstock, has a new girlfriend. He and Reba separated last summer, and their divorce was final in October, so that’s reasonable.
What’s not so reasonable is the woman is, or was, one of Reba’s good friends. Her name is Laura Putty Stroud . . . and back in 2014 Reba posted a photo of them hanging out at a KATY PERRY concert.
That same year they went to the racetrack to watch Reba’s son, Shelby Blackstock. Reba posted a photo from that day and captioned it, “Thanks Laura Stroud for the great picture.”
Here’s another weird twist. According to NashvilleGab.com, Laura’s ex-husband is James Stroud, who co-produced a few tracks on Reba’s latest album, “Love Somebody”.
Anyway, sources tell the “New York Post” that Narvel and Laura are “very serious” and talking about getting married. Unfortunately, no one could be reached for comment. One last thing, we checked out Laura’s Instagram, and she’s pretty hot.
Somebody Stole Kacey Musgraves’ Cowboy Boots . . . And She May Write a Song About It
Somebody broke into KACEY MUSGRAVES’ car Monday night while she watching THE TIME JUMPERS at a club in Nashville. They took two pairs of cowboy boots . . . and left her inspired. She talked about it on Twitter.
She wrote, “Broke my window. Stole my new shoes. Still calculating what else they took.” And then she added, “Next up: A song about stolen boots. Not sure if there’s anything more country.”
Trace Adkins’ New Song is About the Struggle Between Good and Evil
TRACE ADKINS has a new song coming out called “Jesus and Jones”. It deals with the age-old struggle between good and evil. He admits it’s something he knows all about. Quote, “This is a song that’s autobiographical.
“The first thing I ever did behind a microphone was sing in a gospel quartet. At the same time, I was playing guitar and singing in honky-tonks, so that’s when the struggle began . . . the wrestling match between Jesus and Jones. I still struggle with that.”
The single is out Friday. (Here’s the lyric video.)
