Blake Shelton’s Life Has Turned Around And He’s In a Good Place
If BLAKE SHELTON is feeling any pain from his split with MIRANDA LAMBERT, he’s not showing it. He was his usual smirky self on CMT’s “Hot 20 Countdown” on Saturday. He said, quote, “I’m good, I’m good. I’m not in rehab.
“I have to pick up a magazine every now and then to see what my alter ego, I guess, [is doing]. I’m in a good place. I wasn’t, but I am now. It’s amazing how quickly life can turn around for you.
“I’ve had some pretty cool things in recent times that have happened, and I’m loving it.”
The Florida Georgia Line Boys Are Opening a Clothing Store and Coffee Shop
BRIAN KELLEY and TYLER HUBBARD of Florida Georgia Line are turning into moguls. They bought a couple of office buildings in Nashville that will house several of their own businesses.
One will be a retail store called Tribe Kelley Trading Post. It’ll feature the clothing line started by Brian and his wife Brittney. (You can read about that here.)
There will also be a “one-of-a-kind” coffee shop, a recording studio, and a music publishing company called Tree Vibez Music. They’re hoping to get all of this up and running sometime next summer.
Charles Kelley Is Planning to Launch a “Down and Dirty” Club Tour
CHARLES KELLEY says LADY ANTEBELLUM got big so fast that they skipped the whole club circuit thing. Normally, that’s awesome, but he feels like he missed out . . . so he’s doing his own this fall.
He tells CMT, quote, “I’m going to do some clubs that I’ve always dreamt of doing. I’m going to take it down and dirty. I want to feel all the people all around me up close. I want to smell the beer coming out of the bar.” No word yet on the dates.
