DUSTIN LYNCH admits he’s clueless about meeting women. He says, quote, “I don’t pick up on the signals. I’m terrible at that, and I’m really shy.” And that includes when he’s ON stage performing: Quote, “I’m not at a concert trying to find a girl to take home. I’m the guy on stage and don’t get to talk to anybody.”

People.com listed five reasons why BRETT ELDREDGE would be perfect as a contestant on “The Bachelor”. He “loves his mama” is #2, which means a lot to women, I guess. But so does #4, which shows a photo of him “comfortable in a bathing suit.”

Brad Paisley Shares the Story of Revealing Carrie Underwood’s Baby’s Gender at the 2014 CMA Awards
In what was perhaps the most memorable moment of the 2014 CMA Awards, Brad Paisley revealed during the live broadcast that his pregnant co-host, Carrie Underwood, was expecting a boy. But while the reveal itself was scripted, it turns out that Paisley didn’t find out the most important detail until the last minute.
Dropping the big news during the ceremony was an idea that started during one of Paisley and Underwood’s brainstorming sessions with CMA showrunners, after they all found out that Underwood wasn’t planning on keeping the baby’s gender a secret, Paisley tells Country Countdown USA.
“Somehow it came up, it was like, ‘We could reveal it on the show, if you’re gonna reveal it anyway,’” he says. “And she said OK.”
Underwood knew she was having a boy a couple weeks before the awards, and Paisley asked her to not tell anyone — not even him — until that night.
“So, we were standing in our places. They were about to say, ‘Please welcome your hosts,’ and [she] looks at me and goes, ‘Come here,’ and she goes, ‘It’s a boy!’” Paisley recalls. “And I said to her, ‘I know.’”
The ‘Perfect Storm’ singer says he really did know, because of the way Underwood had been acting.
“I could tell when my kids came over, like in the last couple of meetings we had, here at the house,” Paisley explains. “My kids walked in, and just the way she acted and things she was saying.”
And so, Paisley used his comedic charm to share the good news with millions of viewers. After Underwood whispered the gender in his ear on stage, he pretended that he wasn’t going to spill it, then dead-panned a few minutes later, while discussing Garth Brooks, “You could name him Garth!”
“I was gonna say, ‘We could name her Garthette!’ if it was a girl,” he says.
“Then the funny part was, people didn’t know if we were serious!” Paisley adds. “They were texting her publicist if it was true, and they didn’t know either! It was a great way to do it.”

Hunter Hayes, Lady Antebellum + Carrie Underwood Take Home 2015 People’s Choice Awards
Three of country’s biggest names took home honors at the fan-voted 2015 People’s Choice Awards.
A visibly surprised Hunter Hayes took home the first country award of the evening, Favorite Male Country Artist, beating out Luke Bryan, Tim McGraw, Brad Paisley and Blake Shelton.
“Thanks for giving me a voice,” Hayes said during his acceptance speech, “and giving me a reason to believe in myself.”
Shelton was also nominated for the all-genre Favorite Male Artist; ‘The Voice,’ on which he is a judge, took home Favorite Competition TV Show.
After performing their latest single ‘Freestyle,’ Lady Antebellum accepted the Favorite Country Group trophy. The category’s other nominees were the Band Perry, Florida Georgia Line, Rascal Flatts and Zac Brown Band.
“We have been a band for eight years, and we are so thankful for the opportunity to do this,” said Hillary Scott, who also happened to be celebrating her wedding anniversary. “We truly, truly have the greatest job in the world.”
Lady A and Hayes will be hitting the road together this spring and summer on the just-announced Wheels Up 2015 Tour, also featuring Sam Hunt.
Carrie Underwood‘s Favorite Female Country Artist honor was giving out pre-ceremony, as the songstress was unable to attend the awards show. She thanked her fans for their “love and support” in a taped acceptance speech.
Underwood’s Favorite Female Country Artist competition included Lucy Hale, Faith Hill, Miranda Lambert and Dolly Parton.
Taylor Swift swept the three categories in which she was nominated: the all-genre Favorite Female Artist, Favorite Pop Artist and Favorite Song, the latter for ‘Shake It Off.’
